Corporate Couriers & Cargo Ltd. (CCCL), originally known as Premier Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., was incorporated in Maharashtra, India on July 01, 1986. It was converted into a Public Limited Company on October 03, 1994, by passing a special resolution.
On December 19, 1994, the company introduced a public issue of 2,200,000 equity shares. It began operating at full capacity under the name Corporate Couriers & Cargo Ltd. (CCCL) in 2011.
The company acquired 5.5 million contracts in logistics and a net profit of USD 1.2 million in engineering services in its first quarter of the financial year 2016-2017. CCCL. offers services in the fields of Logistics, Real Estate, Engineering and Customer Service.
