About ePost Global

ePost Global is a shipping platform infused with logistics technology. As evident from its name, ePost Global is dedicated to improving international logistics. It’s among very few global carriers to fulfill cross-border orders at affordable rates. ePost Global is headquartered in Rancho Dominguez, California, United States, but provides delivery assistance to ecommerce brands across 200+ countries.

Businesses using ePost Global get instant integrations with some of the world’s most popular shipping platforms and online marketplaces like ShipStation, ShippingEasy, Magento, PrestaShop, etc. It also has a vast network of carriers to help meet estimated delivery dates (EDDs) no matter the location of your order.

This shipping platform’s service offering is fairly straightforward, it has 2 main delivery services - Parcel and Mail, which are further divided into subcategories. Parcel is ideal for cost-effective domestic and international shipments with the added benefit of online real-time track and trace. There are 7 sub-services under Parcel, these are, Priority Parcel with Delivery Confirmation, Priority Packet Tracked, Priority Parcel, USPS ePacket, USPS Priority Express International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS IPA Packet.

Priority Parcel with Delivery Confirmation is best suited for urgent small packages. It’s a guaranteed time-definite delivery option. Priority Packet Tracked provides doorstep delivery for ecommerce vendors within 48 countries. Priority Parcel differs from the other two in the sense that it does not provide real-time order tracking updates.

USPS ePacket is available for shipping low-value ecommerce shipments in 26 countries across the world. USPS Priority Express International is a superfast international delivery service shipping to 193+ countries. It can carry items weighing upto 70 pounds or 31.75 kg. USPS Priority Mail International is a cheaper alternative to the previous service because it falls under standard transit times. It’s available for shipping in 219 countries. Lastly, USPS IPA Packet is a domestic shipping service for low-cost ecommerce orders. These services are eligible for customs brokerage, clearance, and customizable reverse logistics.

The Mail feature is subdivided into - Air First Class, Air Printed Matter, Global Periodicals, USPS IPA Letters and Flats, and Canada Direct. These are meant for small packages, mainly containing paperwork, documents, and letters.
