1) What is the fastest delivery service in EVRi?
The EVRi has two modes of express deliveries- EVRi Next day and EVRi 48 hours. In the next-day option, the transit time from the depot will be one day or 24 hours. For the EVRi 48-hour option, the transit time will be two days from the depot. Please remember that these times will be measured once the parcel reaches the depot, not the pickup time or the time you placed your order.
2) Will EVRi reattempt delivery if the customer is not available?
According to the service policy of EVRi, the courier will attempt the delivery thrice. So, if the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, make sure that the details of the customers are correct so that the next delivery attempt is successful. After three attempts, the parcel will be marked as ‘Return to Sender,’ and you will be reimbursed once the parcel is scanned in the logistics center.
