It’s a ready-made connection between ClickPost and The Professional Couriers (TPC), the domestic courier that has run since 1987 with 3,300+ branches. Instead of building against TPC’s API yourself, you plug TPC into ClickPost and handle bookings, labels and tracking alongside your other carriers.

How do I set up the Professional Courier API on ClickPost?

TPC is already integrated on ClickPost under partner ID 219. Add a TPC courier account in your dashboard and enter the credentials from your TPC account manager. Once that’s saved, your orders can start flowing to TPC. There’s no code to write on your side.

What can I do with the Professional Courier API through ClickPost?

You can create and cancel TPC orders, generate shipping labels, and pull tracking updates through polling or webhooks. When a delivery attempt fails, you can also send an updated instruction back to TPC. Everything runs from the same dashboard and API you use for your other carriers.

How does Professional Courier tracking work with ClickPost?

We pick up TPC status updates through the API and webhooks, then show them on a tracking page with your branding. Your customers see a delivery date and get WhatsApp or SMS alerts as the parcel moves. They never need to look up a consignment number on TPC’s website.

Which shipment types does the Professional Courier API support on ClickPost?

Both B2C and B2B. You can book single-piece consignments (SPS), or multi-piece consignments (MPS), where one docket covers several boxes going to the same address. MPS works well for retail replenishment and large orders that won’t fit in a single carton.

When a TPC attempt fails, we capture the reason and reach out to your customer on WhatsApp or SMS. We ask whether they want a reattempt, a new address or a different time slot.
