How long do customers have to edit their order?
Merchants have full control over the editing window. Usually brands offer 30-60 mins, but it is completely customisable.
Does it integrate with my 3PL/WMS?
By default we introduce a delay for the duration of the order editing window before passing your order for fulfilment, but we can integrate with your 3PL/WMS where required for a better customer experience.
Can I use Order editing but not offer cancellation or refund options to customers?
Yes! The choice is completely yours, on what edits and changes do you want to allow. You can also put custom tags to prevent cancellation for certain orders. And all of this can be disable with a simple click on our admin panel.
How does it work with my Shipping and warehouse management software and/or ERP?
We put orders on hold after checkout to give customers a short period to make changes. After the editing period we disable editing and trigger orders to be pulled (and remove the hold status).
How much does Order Editing by ClickPost cost?
